5tbsp sugar 2tbsp golden syrup.
Boil for c.4mins
Take off heat.
Add 1tsp baking soda
Beat until light golden colour and frothy.
Pour onto greased tray.
Break apart when set.
Visit dentist.

My 5 cents worth coming up:- use a large heavy based saucepan (cooking pot) for this as it foams up considerably. Also watch the mix whilst boiling as it can catch on the bottom of the pot and turn black especially if you are using gas. When you have finished breaking it into chunk that you can eat, sweep up all the little chips and stir them into your icecream....pure delight!
